About the role

As an Automation Equipment Test Engineer at Bosch Group, you will lead the technical testing side of new product introductions and support existing production lines. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality, cost efficiency and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the introduction of new products from a testing perspective, providing technical input and preparing specifications.
• Design, set up and release new MAE/tooling projects.
• Drive cost and lead‑time reduction initiatives and support localization of MAE/EWAK.
• Assist production teams with technical issues affecting product quality, manufacturing and equipment effectiveness.
• Develop, optimise and localise test programmes.
• Verify that production activities meet system requirements.
• Implement improvements in product quality, cost and delivery performance.
• Resolve customer quality issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ECU testing for electronics, video/audio or tuner wireless systems.
• Experience in developing test programmes is preferred.
• Proven project leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
