职位概况
负责购物中心或商业项目的招商与租务工作，依据商场定位筛选品牌租户，推动品牌入驻并协助开业运营。
主要职责
- 根据商场定位及招商计划收集、筛选并推荐合适品牌租户。
- 独立完成品牌接洽、商务谈判、租赁合同签署及后续进场、开业、运营跟进。
- 定期开展市场调研，收集行业、竞争对手及品牌信息，撰写调研报告。
- 汇总阶段性招商进展，梳理各业态洽谈情况。
- 与物业、工程等部门协同，推动项目顺利开业。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理或房地产相关专业。
- 8 年以上购物中心或商业项目策划、招商经验，拥有丰富品牌商户资源。
- 责任心强，具备优秀的执行力和学习能力。
- 有合资项目经验者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练的中、英文听说读写能力。
- 会粤语者优先。
