- 监管并协调管事员及外包员工的工作安排。
- 确保管事部设备的正确使用和预防性维护。
- 保持厨房、后勤区、储藏室、员工餐厅等区域的整洁有序。
- 执行管事岗位的所有日常任务，确保夜班期间服务质量。
任职要求
- 具备完成管事部各岗位任务的能力。
- 能够监督、协调团队工作，保证部门运作顺畅。
- 熟悉管事设备的操作规范和维护流程。
