职位概况
负责阿里健康电商业务线的财务分析与预算支持，推动业财一体化，提供数据洞察，支持业务决策。
主要职责
- 主导业务线预算、滚动预测及月度经营分析，构建端到端财务模型。
- 监控关键策略与指标，完成专项或定期数据洞察，评估支出合理性。
- 推动业财一体化，搭建财务产品化工具，提升自动化水平。
- 评估跨境、混资等新业务模式，快速搭建财务模型并进行ROI测算。
- 梳理关键业财流程，协同内控、审计等团队落地标准化机制。
任职要求
- 本科及以上，会计、财管、金融、统计、数学、经济学等相关专业。
- 3年以上财务分析、FP&A或业务财务经验，具备互联网/电商/零售行业背景。
- 诚信勤奋，抗压能力强，具备良好的跨团队沟通与学习能力。
- 具备财务合规或风控意识，拥有CPA、ACCA、CFA等证书者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint制作图表与模型。
- 熟悉SQL，能够独立取数并完成可视化看板。
- 了解BI工具，如Tableau、Power BI或QuickSight。
