职位概况
负责在成都世纪城天堂洲际大饭店提供高标准的餐饮服务，确保宾客满意并维护酒店品牌形象。
主要职责
- 按照部门规范和程序提供餐饮服务。
- 向上级汇报工作中的困难、客人意见等信息。
- 建立并保持良好的员工工作关系。
- 参加每日例会及其他安排的会议。
- 代表酒店与客人、员工及第三方进行专业互动。
任职要求
- 具备与客人、同事及第三方高水平互动的能力。
- 持有当地政府规定的酒精知识课程证书或食品服务许可证、有效的健康/食品上岗证。
- 能够读写英语。
必备技能
- 英语读写能力。
- 酒精知识证书或食品服务相关证书。
