职位概况
负责在客户、船公司、国内外分公司及代理之间保持顺畅沟通，协调公司内部及相关单位的工作，确保货物运输安全高效。
主要职责
- 与客户、船公司、分公司及代理保持日常沟通，及时反馈运输进度和费用。
- 建立并维护良好客户关系，提供友好、及时的运营服务。
- 处理运输过程中的突发问题，确保货物安全抵达。
- 熟悉并执行SOP及KPI，保证操作准确高效。
- 完成上级交付的其他任务。
任职要求
- 具备较强的专业知识，能够阅读并执行SOP。
- 能够严格遵守KPI指标。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉SOP流程。
- 了解KPI管理。
