职位概况
负责制定公司财务战略及投资融资计划，监督预算执行，管控收入、费用、现金流等，支持制造业企业的成本管理与财务分析。
主要职责
- 制定并落实财务战略、投资融资方案。
- 组织年度经营预算编制、审批及执行监督。
- 建立、优化财务制度、流程并推动ERP系统落地。
- 成本预测、控制、分析并提出改进方案。
- 组织税务筹划、审计及融资平台建设。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，具备CPA或MBA者优先。
- 3年以上中等规模以上制造型企业财务经理或同等岗位经验。
- 良好的分析、沟通、时间管理和团队管理能力，能承受工作压力。
- 较好的英语听说读写能力。
必备技能
- ERP系统使用与推动经验。
