职位概况
我们正在寻找招聘专员，负责公司人才引进及招聘渠道维护，支持部门人力资源需求。
主要职责
- 发布招聘信息、筛选简历并安排面试，满足部门招聘需求。
- 维护、拓展招聘渠道，建立并管理人才库。
- 协助落实企业文化、政策及流程。
- 促进公司与员工的双向沟通。
- 提供其他人力资源支持工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉招聘工作流程及人力资源管理、心理学等相关知识，了解相关法律法规。
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备基本网络知识，拥有良好的写作和表达能力，掌握面谈技巧。
- 性格开朗、积极正直，学习能力强，能承受较大工作压力。
必备技能
- Microsoft Office（Word、Excel等）
