Job description
职位概况
负责花园及户外休闲家具的市场趋势分析、产品设计与迭代优化，确保样品按时交付并满足颜值、功能、成本要求。
主要职责
- 调研欧美户外休闲家具市场趋势，撰写需求分析报告。
- 依据趋势与公司计划，独立完成新产品设计。
- 对现有产品进行迭代优化，提出竞争性设计方案。
- 跟进打样过程，与产品部、研发部沟通解决问题，确保样品准时完成。
- 与工厂结构工程师、产品经理、销售等上下游保持顺畅沟通。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 熟悉家具产品设计，了解结构、材料及加工工艺。
- 熟练使用三维建模软件和渲染器，能够独立完成效果图。
- 2-3年以上产品设计经验，有花园、户外休闲家具设计经验者优先。
- 具备良好沟通能力、责任心和团队合作精神，诚实守信。
