职位概况
负责风电场的技术监督与运维，确保设备安全、稳定运行，降低故障率。
主要职责
- 对风电场进行技术监督，保障设备安全运行。
- 组织并执行预防性检修，降低故障率。
- 配合维护主管/助理场长进行设备管理。
- 确保职责范围内无EHS管理问题。
- 探索新技术、新方法，提升设备运行能力。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，电气自动化相关专业。
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备计算机及信息技术基础。
- 能承受工作压力，学习能力强。
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力。
