职位概况
负责现场施工管理，统筹分包单位，确保现场整洁、资源到位、质量安全符合要求。
主要职责
- 根据场地计划跟踪分包单位布置，监督现场3S管理。
- 提前协调分包人员、机具等资源，满足生产需求。
- 核查分包人员资质，确保持证上岗。
- 培训分包人员使用IMES系统，保证报工及时准确。
- 跟踪材料、图纸，确保施工顺畅。
- 重点管理分包焊接，按WPS作业，保持合格率。
- 监管施工工序衔接，保证物流畅通。
- 监督安全文明施工，遵守公司安全、质量管理规定。
- 及时上报分包异常情况，掌握人员动态。
任职要求
- 工科专业，5年以上化工或海工模块现场管理经验。
- 熟悉现场施工、分包管理流程及安全、质量、进度管控标准。
- 具备基础识图能力，能使用办公软件。
- 具备较强现场协调、问题处置及执行力，沟通能力良好，责任心强。
- 能适应项目驻场及阶段性加班。
必备技能
- IMES系统操作
- WPS焊接作业
- 办公软件（如Word、Excel）
- 识图能力
