职位概况
负责集团层面的财务管理，包括资金预测、预算编制、成本控制等，提供财务支持与信息。
主要职责
- 进行资金预测、预算编制及成本管控，完成财务核算与分析。
- 负责资金调度，维护银行关系并参与项目融资。
- 管理公司财务核算和账务，向集团及项目公司提供及时准确的财务信息。
- 开展税务规划，控制财务风险，协调集团与项目公司、银行、税务局等关系。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历。
- 具备地产或物流供应链等相关行业的财务工作经验者优先。
- 熟练使用财务软件。
- 抗压能力强，具备良好沟通与团队协作精神，责任心强，积极主动。
