Job description
职位概况
负责独立管理装修或土建项目现场施工，协调项目交付各环节，确保投资回报和客户满意。
主要职责
- 制定并执行项目执行计划，撰写项目和设计概要。
- 协调政府报审、设计进度、采购计划及成本控制。
- 组织并主持各协作单位工作会议，管理招标、测试、调试及移交。
- 提供机电专业建议，评估设备选型全生命周期成本。
任职要求
- 本科以上，工程或项目管理专业。
- 5年以上制造工厂或地产项目管理经验。
- 熟悉国内外机电规范法规，具现场工作经验。
- 优秀组织能力，良好英语读写能力。
