Job description
职位概况
负责小红书信息流平台的内容创作与运营，提升账号活跃度与用户粘性。
主要职责
- 根据平台调性撰写图文、短视频等笔记内容。
- 运营小红书新媒体账号，包括内容发布、图片处理、文案整理。
- 跟踪笔记效果，分析数据并输出报告，优化运营策略。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，有文字编辑或软文推广经验者优先。
- 小红书重度用户，熟悉电商（3C）、教育或游戏行业。
- 具备扎实文字功底，能够捕捉产品亮点。
- 主动创新，能够准确传达产品诉求。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Photoshop（ps）和 Premiere（pr）。
- 熟悉醒图、黄油等图片/视频处理软件。
