职位概况
负责所辖项目的施工组织与管理，统筹分包、材料、资源，确保项目进度、质量与成本控制达标。
主要职责
- 编制分包技术澄清文件，配合资材完成技术交底。
- 制定详细生产进度计划，组织项目顺利开展。
- 协调解决施工方案、图纸中的技术问题。
- 梳理材料清单及到货计划，保障现场材料供应。
- 协调车间、外协、分包商、供应商等施工资源，提出并落实解决措施。
- 编制并执行施工组织策划方案，过程纠偏。
- 组织班组会议、技术沟通会，落实质量与进度要求。
- 配合项目经理制定成本控制方案，控制生产总成本。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，理工科背景，化工、制药、船舶、石油、海洋工程等相关专业。
- 5年以上化工、制药、船舶、石油、海洋工程等管道、电仪、结构、焊接工作经验。
- 熟悉本专业GB标准和美标的施工及检验要求。
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备英语四级证书。
- 具备强烈的责任心、主动性、沟通协调能力，能承受较大工作压力，逻辑思维清晰。
