职位概况
本岗位为实习护理员，主要负责老年人的日常生活护理与健康管理，提供安全、温馨的居住环境。
主要职责
- 负责长者的日常生活护理工作，指导合理饮食、科学锻炼、规律作息。
- 定期检查环境设施，做好清洁整理，按时巡视防止意外。
- 在室内外活动期间为长者提供照护。
- 定期总结、汇报工作，收集长者及家属意见，确保护理服务质量。
任职要求
- 初中及以上学历，护理、老年服务与管理等专业优先，持护士证、养老护理证者优先。
- 工作态度认真，不怕脏累，具备耐心和爱心。
- 诚实可靠，沟通能力良好，热爱养老事业。
- 实习期限至少4个月。
