Job description
职位概况
负责按照操作规程和安全规定操作化工设备及其附属设备，确保生产安全、顺畅进行。
主要职责
- 按规程操作日用槽区、急冷水槽区、反应区、工艺区，完成开停车、转产及正常生产操作。
- 进行巡检、及时取样，确保现场生产条件符合产品运行单要求。
- 配合每月盘点打尺工作，准确记录交接班信息。
- 参加安全会议，完成安全培训，按时提交SUSA并汇报Nearmiss。
- 负责所在区域的5S管理，完成主管交付的临时任务。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历。
- 有化工厂工作经验者优先。
- 身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，适应工作安排和计划的改变。
必备技能
- 反应灵敏，注重细节，具备高度安全意识。
- 良好的书写和语言沟通能力，具备积极的聆听能力。
- 具备团队协作和记录能力，熟悉计算机的基本使用。
