Job description
职位概况
负责车队及运营公司的保险咨询、风险管控和车载智能产品维护，提升业务效率并降低赔付风险。
主要职责
- 为车队提供专业保险咨询，解决业务卡点。
- 监督业务流程节点响应、操作规范及服务态度，监控出单与理赔时效。
- 分析业务数据，制定改进方案。
- 推进业务落地，处理投诉并跟踪执行情况。
- 整理案件分析，制作并开展针对性培训。
- 督促售后团队维护车载智能设备，确保正常运行。
- 完成部门交付的其他任务。
任职要求
- 坦诚友善、踏实勤勉。
- 5 年汽车保险或汽车交付/售后行业经验。
- 熟悉保险理赔流程及核保规则，能快速解读条款。
- 具备良好执行力、沟通协调能力和抗压能力。
- 具备一定的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现并解决问题。
