职位概况
负责房地产高端项目社群的日常运营与管理，制定并执行运营策略，提升客户活跃度与粘性。
主要职责
- 制定并执行社群运营策略，管理高端项目社群。
- 策划组织线上线下活动，提升客户活跃度。
- 维护高端客户关系，及时响应需求并处理问题。
- 分析社群数据，输出周报并优化转化效果。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上高端社群运营经验，房地产行业优先。
- 具备社群从0到1的搭建经验，熟练策划节日IP活动。
- 能够挖掘并维护业主KOL，推动社群生态建设。
- 拥有广州本地高端商务资源，能快速转化为合作。
- 熟悉社群运营工具，具备活动策划能力。
