职位概况
负责国内外客户订单的日常处理，确保订单准确录入SAP系统并按时交付，协助销售处理客户投诉及维护客户信息。
主要职责
- 区分并处理国内外客户订单，录入SAP系统并与生产计划确认交期。
- 跟进订单进度，确保准时发货，向国外工厂发货时提供清关文件。
- 在CRM系统中创建并维护客户账户，协助销售完成客户维护工作。
- 受理并记录客户投诉，协调相关部门进行退换货处理。
任职要求
- 熟悉订单处理流程，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
- 能够使用SAP系统进行订单录入和查询。
- 具备CRM系统操作经验，能够创建和维护客户信息。
- 细致耐心，能够处理客户投诉并跟进解决。
