职位概况

四季酒店杭州西湖店招聘中厨三级厨师，负责厨房烹饪活动，确保符合公司及酒店餐饮标准。

主要职责

根据排班安排，完成午餐、晚餐的备料工作（mise en place）。
按照四季酒店的指南和食品标准进行菜品的准备与装盘。
在前场工作台面对客人时，遵守四季标准，提供微笑服务。
确保烹饪活动与公司指导方针及酒店F&B概念保持一致。

任职要求

能够遵循四季酒店的烹饪规范和服务理念。

必备技能
