Job description
职位概况
负责核心生产设备的日常维护、故障排除及预防性维护，确保设备稳定运行并推动可靠性提升。
主要职责
- 维护并优化磨床、加工中心、激光钻孔机、喷涂设备及真空炉等关键设备。
- 制定并执行预防性维护计划（PM），保障设备持续运行。
- 快速响应故障，进行根因分析并推动改进。
- 参与设备升级、改造及可靠性提升项目。
- 与生产、工艺团队协作，提高产线效率。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械、电气自动化或相关专业。
- 3年以上制造业设备维修及预防性维护经验。
- 熟悉CNC系统、 电气控制、液压/气动系统。
- 具备磨床、加工中心、激光设备、喷涂系统、真空炉等设备维修经验者优先。
- 能够独立阅读英文技术资料。
