负责在四季酒店杭州总机部门接听、转接电话、传呼、无线电请求及传真，提供酒店信息并促成预订，提升客人满意度。

主要职责

高效、礼貌、专业地接听并转接来电、传呼、无线电请求和传真。
向潜在客人推介酒店，提供相关信息并促成销售。
记录并协调每笔预订细节，确保客人满意。
生动描述客房并进行 upsell，提升入住率和收入。

任职要求

具备高效、礼貌、专业的电话接听与转接能力。
遵守四季酒店的各项政策和服务标准。
具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够准确传递信息。
