职位概况
负责集团海外子公司全盘核算、报表管理及税务合规，统筹多家境外公司财务工作，提供经营分析与预算支持。
主要职责
- 统筹海外子公司日常账务，落实集团会计政策，完成月度、季度、年度结账。
- 编制单体及合并报表，进行外币折算、内部交易抵消及关联往来对账。
- 管理资产、存货、固定资产盘点，审核费用成本及人力薪酬账务。
- 负责境外税务申报、转移定价管理及税务风险排查。
- 搭建经营分析体系，编制预算并跟踪执行差异，支持业务决策。
- 建立并推动财务内控、流程标准化及数字化系统对接。
- 管理财务团队及外包服务商，组织培训并对接审计工作。
任职要求
- 财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上，持有中级会计师、CPA、ACCA或CMA证书优先。
- 5年以上财务全盘管理经验，3年以上海外多子公司统筹经验。
- 熟悉IFRS、国内会计准则及欧盟、德国税法。
- 具备合并报表、外币折算、转移定价及跨境资金管理实操经验。
- 熟练使用ERP系统、Excel高级函数、数据透视表及财务建模。
- 英文读写流利，可独立对接海外会计师事务所和银行。
