职位概况
负责公司办公终端设备的部署、调试、日常运维及全生命周期管理，确保终端系统稳定可靠。
主要职责
- 部署、调试台式机、笔记本、会议系统及网络接入设备。
- 快速响应并处理终端故障，包括操作系统、办公软件、网络连接及外设问题。
- 维护资产台账，定期执行系统补丁更新、病毒防护、漏洞加固及关键数据备份。
- 协同IT团队落实终端安全管理制度，提供标准化运维支持和技术培训。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，计算机、信息管理或相关专业。
- 1–2年桌面运维或IT支持经验。
- 熟悉Windows操作系统、Microsoft Office及常见终端硬件维护。
- 了解TCP/IP网络原理，具备网络故障排查能力。
- 熟悉Active Directory、桌面镜像部署及标准化运维流程。
