职位概况
负责建筑工程及室内设计的整体方案制定与技术对接，确保设计质量并落地实施。
主要职责
- 主管建筑工程设计、室内设计的设计及施工技术对接工作，对设计质量负技术责任。
- 与公司相关部门紧密合作，优化设计方案并推动落地。
- 审核建筑类及室内设计类文件、图纸，依据施工条件和进度完成设计交付。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备外资一线设计院工作经验者优先。
- 拥有一级注册建筑师资格者优先。
- 能够牵头中高端公建项目设计，尤其是五星级酒店及高端商业。
- 具备方案至施工图全流程经验，参与过大中型项目的设计。
- 拥有丰富的设计团队协调经验，沟通能力佳，具备团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 建筑方案设计与施工图配合能力。
- 熟悉建筑及室内设计规范。
