职位概况
负责奥乐齐零售全流程招聘及新店批量招聘，确保招聘闭环高效落地，支持公司快速扩张。
主要职责
- 全流程招聘：需求对接、简历筛选、面试邀约、招聘会组织、录用、入职对接及数据整理。
- 新店批量招聘：制定并执行新店招聘计划，快速填补门店人员编制。
- 招聘渠道运营：维护线上线下渠道，提升简历量、到面率及入职率。
- 数据复盘与汇报：定时更新招聘数据，复盘问题并优化方案。
任职要求
- 本科学历，1-2年以上招聘经验，有零售/连锁批量招聘案例优先。
- 热爱零售行业，具备新城市拓展招聘经验者更佳。
- 熟悉全流程招聘方法论，能独立完成需求分析至入职闭环。
- 具备强目标导向、抗压能力，能适应高强度招聘节奏。
- 可接受多城市短期/阶段性出差。
必备技能
- 招聘管理系统使用经验
- Office软件（如Excel）数据分析能力
