职位概况

我们正在寻找热爱电子商务、具备抖音小店运营经验的助理，负责店铺日常维护与推广，提升店铺流量与转化。

主要职责

负责抖音小店的产品上下架、描述编辑及基础维护。
制定并执行店铺营销策略，提升点击率、浏览量、转化率和成交量。
与达人沟通合作，促成推广活动。
监控并优化店铺评分，整理每日、周、月流量、营销及交易数据。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务等相关专业。
具备网店运营经验，热爱电子商务。
沟通策划能力强，对市场产品敏感，思维活跃，有创新意识和挑战精神。
