Job description
职位概况
负责生产线关键设备的全生命周期维护、保养与故障处理，确保设备稳定运行并提升综合效率（OEE）。
主要职责
- 编制并执行设备维修、保养标准作业指导书，搭建技能传承体系。
- 统计维修成本，进行数据分析与可视化，优化维保费用和备件库存。
- 参与新设备选型、安装、调试、验收及投产，确保达标运行。
- 预判设备及关键零部件寿命，实施预防性、预测性维护。
- 从安全、质量、成本、效率等维度持续优化设备、工装及生产流程。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业。
- 5 年以上制造业设备维修、维护及升级改造经验。
- 熟练使用 CAD 等工程绘图软件。
必备技能
- 熟悉西门子 PLC 1500/1200/SMART 系列及 WinCC 触摸屏的调试与故障处理。
- 掌握气动、液压、伺服控制系统原理并能独立排查常见故障。
