职位概况
负责项目全周期建筑设计管理，组织完成方案及施工图，提高方案合理性，统筹各专业设计，确保项目整体质量。
主要职责
- 负责项目全周期设计管理工作。
- 组织完成建筑设计方案和施工图设计。
- 协调项目其他专业设计，管控整体设计。
- 审查建筑设计图纸并提供技术解决方案。
- 管理项目立项、可行性研究、方案、初设、施工图全过程，并配合报批。
- 深入施工现场，及时解决设计与施工协调问题。
任职要求
- 建筑学硕士及以上学历。
- 5-10年以上建筑设计相关经验，具备完整甲方项目经验。
- 有大型商场或别墅豪宅项目经验。
- 沟通能力强，具备大局观，能与相关专业部门良好协调。
