负责长沙砂之船奥莱店铺的整体运营，提升销售业绩并确保优质顾客服务。
主要职责
- 开拓销售份额并提升顾客服务水平。
- 与店铺经理合作，制定并完成销售目标。
- 提供员工培训与职业发展支持。
- 管理并保持准确的货存记录。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历。
- 5年以上零售或奢侈品行业经验，含2年以上管理经验。
- 具备专业操守、领导才能及解决顾客投诉的能力。
- 出色的协调组织和团队建设能力，能承受工作压力。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通与服务意识。
