职位概况
我们正在寻找具备结构力学博士学位的仿真工程师，负责前沿理论研究及重大工程结构的数字孪生模型构建。
主要职责
- 开展结构力学前沿理论、多物理场耦合仿真、材料本构模型、断裂与疲劳等创新研究。
- 参与或主导大跨桥梁、超高层建筑、海上风电等重大工程的数字孪生模型构建。
- 研究基于监测数据与仿真模型融合的结构状态评估、损伤识别与安全预警方法。
任职要求
- 结构力学相关专业博士学位。
- 精通至少一种主流有限元软件（Abaqus、ANSYS、LS‑DYNA、COMSOL等），具备复杂非线性、动态或显式/隐式分析经验。
- 熟练掌握Python、MATLAB、C/C++或Fortran中的至少一种，并有用于科学计算或CAE二次开发的实践经验。
