职位概况
在星巴克门店担任营业员，负责制作咖啡饮品、提供食品、与顾客沟通并保持门店整洁。
主要职责
- 按照标准制作咖啡、茶饮及食品。
- 为顾客提供热情、专业的服务并解答需求。
- 每日进行店面清洁，保持环境卫生。
- 负责收银、现金管理及交接。
- 遵循星巴克营运政策和流程。
任职要求
- 接受轮班制（门店营业时间7:00‑12:00），每周工作不超过24小时。
- 具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力。
- 正直诚信，尊重他人，充满热情。
- 有餐饮或零售行业工作经验者优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉咖啡饮品制作流程。
- 能够使用收银系统进行交易。
