职位概况
我们正在寻找在校本科生，协助资深招聘顾问进行人才寻访、甄选及全流程跟进，提供招聘团队的日常支持。
主要职责
- 协助资深招聘顾问开展人才寻访与甄选工作；
- 配合招聘团队完成候选人推荐与评估流程；
- 负责候选人从推荐到入职的全流程跟进；
- 完成带教顾问或团队leader交办的其他事项。
任职要求
- 在读大学本科，且每周可出勤3天以上；
- 有招聘或销售类岗位实习经验者优先；
- 在校期间担任学生干部者优先；
- 人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业背景优先。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通与协调能力；
- 熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel）。
