Job description
职位概况
我们正在寻找具备欧美户外休闲家具市场洞察力的花园设计师，负责新产品的创意设计与现有产品的迭代优化，推动产品在颜值、功能和成本上的竞争力。
主要职责
- 研究欧美户外休闲家具的流行趋势，撰写市场需求分析报告。
- 依据趋势分析和公司规划，独立完成新产品的概念设计。
- 对公司现有产品进行迭代优化，提出具竞争力的设计方案。
- 跟进打样过程，与产品部、研发部及下游工厂沟通，确保样品按时交付。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 熟悉家具产品设计，了解产品结构、材料及加工工艺。
- 具备2-3年以上产品设计经验，有花园或户外休闲家具设计经历者优先。
- 良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队合作精神，为人友善、诚实守信。
必备技能
- 熟练使用三维建模软件。
- 熟练使用渲染器，能够独立完成效果图制作。
