职位概况
负责策划、推进并组织协调公司重大运营计划，提升园区运营效率，降低企业运营成本，打造高效的增值服务体系。
主要职责
- 策划推进及组织协调公司重大运营计划，进行市场发展跟踪和策略调整。
- 制定并监督实施公司运营标准、运营指标、年度发展计划。
- 主导园区运营服务模式和标准的研究、推广与优化改进。
- 部门内部管理，包括组织结构设置、业务流程优化、人力资源配置及绩效管理。
- 建立并管理园区企业服务中心，开展入园企业深层调研并建立企业资料库。
- 优化园区软环境，提供高效率低成本的发展环境。
- 负责园区入驻企业的后期服务及企业家活动策划组织。
- 建设与运作园区孵化器，对接政府部门及合作服务机构，提供政务、政策、人才、金融、技术等增值服务。
- 监管与协调物业公司，使其融入园区运营服务体系。
- 商务拓展，与高端协会、媒体、海外创新创业平台建立合作关系，搭建资源对接渠道。
- 企业走访，收集企业信息，统筹园区运营管理工作。
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。
