负责搭建与完善公司各层级培训体系，协助运营线上线下一体化培训项目，并推动教材体系与讲师队伍建设。
主要职责
- 搭建并完善公司各层级培训体系。
- 协助运营线上线下一体化的公司级培训项目，进行评估与反馈。
- 组织开发、更新并推广培训教材体系，建设讲师队伍。
任职要求
- 本科及以上管理学相关专业，人力资源管理、心理学专业优先。
- 对零售行业有兴趣或拥有实习经验者优先。
- 善于学习创新和沟通表达，具备强大的团队合作能力。
