职位概况
负责完善财务管理制度，强化成本、预算及会计核算，提升资金运营效率，并提供财务分析支持公司经营决策。
主要职责
- 完善公司财务制度，强化成本管控、预算管理、会计核算。
- 开展财务分析，审核经营成本，为决策提供建议。
- 设计并实施融资及资金理财方案，推动公司融资工作。
- 协调内部业务部门，维护与律所、会计师事务所等外部机构关系，完成审计、尽调等工作。
- 编制并审核各类财务报表，进行对外披露，提供风险规避分析。
- 组织公司整体税务筹划并落实。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业。
- 5年以上财务管理经验，具上市公司财务经理或CFO经历者优先。
- 熟悉工业、物流、供应链金融或REITs板块者优先。
- 具高级会计师或注册会计师职称者优先。
- 职业道德良好，工作严谨，抗压能力强。
