职位概况
负责通过电脑系统对联通新老用户进行回访与关怀，推广最新活动及增值业务，工作环境舒适，提供独立工位。
主要职责
- 使用系统对联通用户进行回访、关怀维系。
- 向用户介绍最新活动，办理套餐升级等增值业务。
- 遵守办公环境规范，保持工位整洁。
任职要求
- 年龄18-40岁，男女不限，中专/高中及以上学历（有相关经验可放宽）。
- 普通话标准，口齿清晰，具备良好服务意识。
- 能够进行基础的计算机操作。
- 性格沉稳、乐观、积极，身体健康，无不良嗜好。
必备技能
- 基础计算机操作能力。
