负责建筑项目的概念方案设计，准确把握业主需求，领导团队交付符合公司品牌标准的设计成果。
主要职责
- 独立完成项目概念方案设计。
- 带领专业团队执行设计任务，确保质量。
- 与业主及内部各部门沟通，汇报方案进展。
任职要求
- 在知名建筑公司拥有同等岗位经验。
- 具备丰富的方案汇报与沟通能力。
- 拥有已建成或在建的设计作品，设计风格国际化且具创意。
- 毕业于建筑类高校，拥有留学背景者优先。
- 具备团队搭建与管理经验，能够跨专业协作。
必备技能
- 建筑方案设计能力。
- 方案表现与汇报技巧。
