职位概况
凯谛思招聘高级室内设计师，负责高端商业综合体、酒店及新零售等项目的室内设计与实现，要求具备5年以上相关经验。
主要职责
- 参与高奢商场、酒店、非标商业及新零售等项目的概念设计、方案深化及施工图制作。
- 与跨部门团队协作，确保设计方案符合功能、品牌及可持续性要求。
- 使用AutoCAD、Revit等软件完成设计文档，并通过Enscape、D5等工具进行可视化呈现。
任职要求
- 室内设计、建筑学或工业设计本科及以上学历，海外留学背景优先。
- 5年以上大型商业综合体或高端项目设计经验。
- 熟练使用AutoCAD、Revit、Rhino、Grasshopper、Adobe Suite等设计软件。
- 具备Enscape、D5及Google Gemini/Nano Banana等可视化工具使用经验者优先。
