Job description
职位概况
高分子研究中心面向高分子材料领域招聘博士后、副研究员（副教授）及研究员（教授），研究方向包括聚酰亚胺、环氧树脂合成及LCD/OLED、半导体封装薄膜等。
主要职责
- 开展特种高分子单体合成、聚合工艺研发。
- 进行高分子材料的结构解析与性能评估。
- 负责功能薄膜、封装胶等器件适配与验证。
- 推动绿色溶剂、助剂等创新技术研发。
任职要求
- 高分子、材料、化学、化工、半导体等相关专业博士学历。
- 具备相应方向的科研经验（1-10年以上），可根据岗位层级选择。
- 熟悉材料AI模拟、大数据建模或有机合成表征技术者优先。
必备技能
- 氨基、酐基、环氧基单体合成及聚合工艺。
- 物质结构解析、LC/GC/MS/NMR/APC等表征手段。
- LCD/OLED、Mini‑LED功能膜评测或半导体封装材料验证。
- 绿色溶剂、填料分散、催化助剂合成技术。
