职位概况
负责品牌全渠道视觉设计，涵盖品牌campaign、产品详情页、社交媒体配图等，推动视觉内容迭代与创新。
主要职责
- 负责品牌全渠道视觉设计及内容迭代，包括品牌campaign KV、节日海报、产品详情页、爆炸图、GIF等。
- 为电商活动页及小红书、抖音等社交媒体平台制作多尺寸配图，并进行简单平面拍摄。
- 依据品牌VI规范延展设计模板，建立并维护素材库。
- 完成总部及海外素材的汉化工作。
- 探索设计趋势，提出创新视觉方案。
- 协同文案实现创意落地，确保文案与视觉高度匹配。
- 对接摄影外包，制定拍摄方案，拍摄简单产品场景图。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，视觉传达或平面设计相关专业。
- 2年以上平面设计经验，有母婴或快消项目背景优先。
- 熟练使用设计类软件，具备C4D使用能力者加分；拥有手绘形象素材能力者加分。
- 熟练掌握至少两种AI设计工具。
- 具备良好审美品味和高度执行力。
- 具备团队合作精神，善于沟通交流。
必备技能
- C4D（Cinema 4D）
- AI设计工具（至少两种平台）
