职位概况
负责阿里健康间接采购工作，根据业务需求制定采购方案，提升采购效率。
主要职责
- 根据业务需求开展供应商寻源、比价、谈判及项目跟踪。
- 整合采购需求，管理成本并优化采购流程。
- 分析医药电商行业变化，布局供应资源，建立供应商引入与淘汰机制。
- 以互联网思维重构采购流程，赋能平台商家。
任职要求
- 8年以上采购经验，涵盖服务类、行政类或市场/活动类至少两类。
- 本科及以上学历，具备全链路采购能力。
- 良好的沟通、谈判、逻辑分析和数据分析能力。
- 能够制定品类采购策略并独立解决问题。
- 诚信正直，抗压能力强，具备团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 供应商寻源、招标/询价、交付验收、绩效管理。
- 采购成本管控与流程优化。
