职位概况
负责所辖商圈门店的拓展、营销及日常运营管理，提升产品销量和会员质量，推动业务增长。
主要职责
- 依据公司指引，评估并制定目标门店拓展计划，导入合适品类。
- 策划并执行门店场景营销和联合生意计划，提升产品三级销售及新客数量。
- 按照终端八要素要求，进行门店日常生意维护。
- 收集并更新门店市场情报信息。
- 负责门店导购的日常管理与指导。
- 完成公司安排的其他阶段性任务。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，市场营销或相关专业优先。
- 1年以上快消行业推广或销售经验。
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备新零售思维和市场洞察力。
- 良好的沟通表达能力，思维清晰。
- 性格开朗，充满激情，热爱市场营销工作，愿意挑战高薪。
- 有母婴或奶粉行业经验者优先。

- 办公软件操作能力
