职位概况
负责干式变压器（110KV/35KV）产品的设计研发，确保方案可落地生产并满足技术指标。提供投标技术支持、现场售后及新产品创新思路。
主要职责
- 开展干式变压器的设计研发工作。
- 对接工艺管理和生产车间，确保设计可实现。
- 参与招投标，提供技术支持与指导。
- 为现场变压器提供售后技术支持。
- 关注市场动态，提出新产品创新思路。
- 完成公司交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 电力、电气及自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上干式变压器研发设计经验。
- 英语四级（CET4）。
- 熟悉现行变压器设计规则，熟练使用设计、开发和测算软件。
- 熟练使用计算机及各类办公软件。
- 具备强烈的责任心、全局观、决策判断力及抗压能力。
