About the role

Bosch is looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of its electric compressor platform in Changsha. You will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering project milestones while ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop resource and budget plans aligned with business and cost‑function targets.
• Manage the project schedule and drive timely delivery of development activities.
• Identify risks, define mitigation measures and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Control product cost and lead the D2C project toward target cost.
• Facilitate SE meetings, follow up on OPLs and ensure adherence to project processes.
• Prepare project documentation such as O‑charts, PMP and quality gate reports.
• Support the technical project manager with engineering problem‑solving.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production and PRM to resolve cross‑functional issues.
• Assist global communication on project‑management topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project‑management experience in automotive product development.
• Basic knowledge of electric compressor development.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork abilities.
