Job description
职位概况
负责注塑件和铝压铸件供应商的质量管理与提升，支持国产化物料开发，确保供应链质量稳定。
主要职责
- 开展注塑件、铝压铸件供应商的开发、评估与绩效审查。
- 处理重大供应商质量投诉，制定预防措施。
- 实施重点供应商质量改进活动，推动持续改进与培训。
- 协助项目采购进行前期物料质量策划，制定供应商策略。
任职要求
- 熟悉注塑件和铝压铸供应商质量管理，有模具设计制造经验者优先。
- 机械工程本科及以上学历，具备良好的人际沟通能力，英语口语书写流利。
- 具备团队合作精神，能在压力下工作，细节导向，积极主动。
- 持有VDA6.3或IATF16949审核员资格者优先。
