职位概况
负责机械概念研究、需求分析及SOR开发，进行功率模块布局、EMC屏蔽等机械结构设计，完成2D/3D图纸及工艺开发。
主要职责
- 开展机械概念研究、需求分析和SOR制定。
- 设计功率模块布局及EMC屏蔽等机械结构，满足电气规则。
- 制作2D、3D图纸并推动工艺改进。
- 进行机械有限元分析（FEA）及相关仿真。
- 编制产品FMEA、重点矩阵，支持质量问题解决。
- 与客户、供应商进行技术评审和沟通。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，机械设计、电子工程或机电一体化专业。
- 熟悉汽车功率电子产品技术方向及行业趋势。
- 具备汽车电机控制器功率电子机械开发经验。
- 良好的英文读写和口语能力。
- 具备较强的沟通、团队协作和独立工作能力。
必备技能
- Ansys仿真
- ProE/UG建模
- 有限元分析（FEA）
- FMEA编制
- EMC屏蔽设计
- 2D/3D绘图
