Job description

职位概况

负责CI/CD架构设计与优化，推动工具链标准化，构建高可用K8S集群及云原生技术栈，带领团队落地DevOps文化。

主要职责

主导CI/CD平台（GitLab、Jenkins、SCC）设计与优化。
设计并维护高可用K8S集群，集成APIG、CDH、ES、Doris等组件。
开发运维平台及自研告警模块。
完善监控体系（ELK、Grafana、Prometheus）与日志分析。
跨团队协作，使用Jira/Jetta工单系统推动DevOps落地。

任职要求

具备复杂系统性能调优与故障排查经验。
有自研运维工具或告警模块开发经验。
熟悉混合云架构及大数据组件（如CDH、ES）。
英文口语流利。

必备技能

GitLab、Jenkins、Apollo、SCC、Jira。
Kubernetes、Huawei Cloud、APIG、CDH、RocketMQ、Kafka。
ELK（Elasticsearch、Logstash、Kibana）、Prometheus、Grafana。
MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、RDS、DDS、Doris。
